The specialized launch boarding payment fee of ₹99 covers instant automated cloud server environment partitioning and batch workspace setups. Therefore, this initial booking token is strictly Non-Refundable.
Merchants hold absolute control to discontinue subscription renewals at any given time. Upon cancellation, your billing terminal remains unlocked and fully operational until the current prepaid expiration date runs out.
SimpleAppsTech does not offer partial mid-month refunds. Refund requests are validated ONLY if a clear network gateway failure occurs where a merchant is double-charged for a single renewal loop. Verified duplicate charges are pushed back to the origin source bank account within 5 to 7 working business days.
